• The prospect is a large stratigraphic pinchout and dip closure with a Lower Cretaceous
  Hauterivian Sandstone reservoir.

• Target at 4,500 feet. sub-surface, in shallow water of 110 feet.

• Large "flat spot" on seismic that conforms to structure map.
